Here
are the highlights of the dice added in SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER 2007 |
|
EVENTS OF PARTICULAR NOTE |
|
It has been a quiet two
months (at least dice wise) ... the month of September was so quiet with so few additions ... that I decided not to even do a highlights |
The biggest thing that
happened in the past 2 months was the release of the KOPLOW language dice |
|
DICE OF PARTICULAR NOTE |

potch opal and the pips are high grade opal |

This kind
donation came from a fellow dice collector in South America Thanks David |

Interesting
that I keep finding D100's that I dont have .... At first I thought I
was just picking this one up as a dup for trade ... but then I noticed
the size of the numbers ... D100's originally had small numbers ...
then later Gamescience increased the size of the numbers ... this is a real oddity as it is a non standard color ... with large numbers |

These are
some interesting dice that have metalic streamers running through them
... interesting effect when viewd edge on |
||
|
These dice
were designed by a fellow collector and manufactured by GAMESTATION |

Interesting
what you can do with a bit of plastic mesh and some yarn ! |
||

Real
Swarovski Crystal ... I tend to stay away from crystal pipped dice as
they crystals tend to pop off easily ... but this is the real deal ...
is in the original packaging ... and was not too expensive |
||
|
||
I never
realized that there are at least 2 variants of Kardice ... this is the
more rare of the 2 I have found to date ... it has the slot machine
variant on them |
||

After
constructing the paper dice from RAVENSBLIGHT
and MICROTACTIX
this month ... I was inspired to get back into desiging dice again ...
Comments? ... Can you see the 3 degrees of freedom? |

Why are
these of note? ... they are wooden slot machine dice .... I didnt have
any like this ... til now |
||
